Slovenia WW Training

Snow capped limestone mountains, lush lime green valleys and crystal clear water make Slovenia the perfect place to enjoy white water kayaking.  Over the 5 days we will run many sections of the Socha river from grade 2-4.  We will work on techniques for you to really enjoy your time on the water.  This week is aimed at the less experienced river kayaker that wants to learn alpine paddling in a safe and structured course.  The rivers in the area are ideal to practice surfing and playing on the many features. We will cover surfing, spinning, breaking in and out, stokes, edging, play boating, leading, rescues and boofs.  The course would best suit BCU 3* paddlers that have experience on grade 3 rivers.  If you are unsure if you are at the right level please feel free to give us a call.
